Plán činnosti 2014

  1. Infrastructure Development Plan
    1. Classroom Project - SDPS is planning to finish the ongoing classroom project funded by Dalai Lama Trust by July 2014 in all respect.
    2. Hostel Project -SDPS is also planning to finish the hostel project in all respect by July 2014.
    3. Compost Toilets -SDPS will prepare design and estimate of the compost toilets for hostel and classroom block during winter holidays and accordingly put forward to the donors for funds. If funds are accrued on time then SDPS will finish compost toilets by end of November 2014.
    4. Landscaping in front of Hostel and classroom projects -SDPS will work on the design and estimate of landscaping in front of hostel and classroom during winter holidays and accordingly put forward the same to the donors for accruing funds. If funds are accrued well on time, the target is also to finish it by November 2014.
    5. Setting up of temporary Science Laboratory -SDPS will set up a temporary science lab in the existing available infrastructure once the students will be shifted into new classroom buildings. Materials for science laboratory will be purchased from the promised funds from the local councillor.
    6. Setting Up of Basket Ball facility - SDPS will look for funds during winter to install a basketball facility in school in 2014 to improve sports facility for students and teachers.
  2. Academic Development Plan
    1. Holliday and academic volunteer Program - SDPS will work on to improve the ongoing   volunteer program to develop students and teachers skills and knowledge to enhance quality of education.
    2. Volunteers/experts
      1. Expert English teacher language for teachers/Students.
      2. Expert IT teacher for teachers/students.
      3. Expert didactic teacher for teachers
      4. Art/Craft teacher for students
      5. Music/Dance teacher for students
  3. Human Resource Development
    1. Human Resource Strategy- SDPS will work on a Human Resource Development Strategy based on its past and current practices mainly to improve recruitment and retaining of teachers for 2014.
  4. Financial stability
    1. 1st Entrepreneurhip Project - SDPS will work out a strategy to improve the 1st Entrepreneurship Project (Tipper) to accrue as much income as possible for the school in the year 2014 and onward to ensure sustainable income for the school.
    2. 2nd Entrepreneurship Project - SDPS is going to realize in collaboration with Brontosaurus in Himalayas beneficial course of Buddhism as future source of income for operation costs of SDPS.  
  5. Others
    1. Regular use and update of SDPS website- During winter and next year, SDPS management team will work on to make SDPS website more active along with its Facebook and U tube to attract more supporters to SDPS Development Projects.
    2. Himalayan stories book – writing book by students of SDPS with stories from past, present, future for Czech and ladakhi audience.
