you just don't know how happy i am to know that you are coming here again that too as the coordinator.
Iam sooooo thankful to you for all kinds of helps you are offering. Youknow this school is my dream and i will be very grateful to all of youif you can help us in any way you can.
Let me tell you about what i might need this year-
1.This year I am seriously working on few projects like Hostel, ComputerLaboratory and Science Laboratory. For all these projects i am tryingto raise funds through whatever means i can. I will send you the detailprojects with total costs of the above mentioned projects. I don't knowbut may be you all can help us with raising some funds for the aboveprojects. I will send you the project details soon, so that you can seewhat you can do?
2. If you could bring someused computers with you all, then it would be so great!!, we are needneed of computers, i don't know how many computers you can bring, wehave 3 computers in working condition now. As i am planning to build anew big computer lab with all modern facilities, it would be so greatto have as many computers as possible. Internet is no problem atschool, i can connect it any time and it will definetely be of greathelp for La-Ngonpo project in the future. You all can have IT classeswhen you will be at school. We will plan for it later. Once i willfinish with the new computer lab i can start full fledge computerclasses but we need computers for that which is very difficult for usto get.
3. English class will be the mostimportant part of our programme at school. But this year i would liketo have some interesting activities about ecology, music art etc. Firstwe should decide about the number of days or weeks you are planning tostay here. For us it would be not a problem at all even if you stayhere for few weeks. We will plan for accomodation of the volunteers atdifferent houses of students so that they can learn more and also thestudents and their parents which we can keep rotating if necessary butYOU WILL STAY AT MY HOME THROUGHOUT not as a volunteer or guest but asmy friend and brother, keep it in mind.
4. Wewill definetely plan some outside tours of the nearby monastaries ofvolunteers with our kids, it would be great fun for the volunteers andthe students both, I will arrange for everything at school, don't worryabout it. We have enough time to plan for all these, you just keep intouch with me and let me know if you need any kind of help here atMulbekh as well as in Ladakh. Just let me know.
5.Table games and amny other such indoor games will be so great for ourstudents as they don't know any games as such. If you could bring suchgames you all can teach them during your stay at school and they willkeep playing it later. You can also bring some games or teaching aidsfor the very little kids in nursery classes if possible.
Youwill be surprised to know that this year in March only we have 21 newadmissions of little kids in kindergarden section which is a big thingfor me.
By the time you all will reach here, the newbuilding of kindergarden will be ready and all these kids will bestaying in it. I am very excited about it.
I am really very very happy to have you again. i never thought that wewill meet again so early. I am very excited about it. Let me know ifyou need any kind of help from me, just don't worry at all. Padma isalso very happy to know that you are coming here again. She says julleyto you and we are very much looking forward to meet you again.

Imust make it clear :-), yes I will go to Ladakh again with group ofvolunteers. I´m happy that you are happy, this is best reward for me.When you were there it wasn´t clear who will be coordinator this year,we couldn´t tell it to you. After long decision-making it is me. So andwe can start discuss about program, after we arrive in to Ladakh withgroup of volunteers. I suppose that that we will be group of 20 or 25volunteers, and expect that half of them (for example 10) can go toyour school.
And about program. What I write below take as onebig example from my side, and I want hear your opinion how we can useour strengths to your benefit, and keep in mind that we want adjust ourhelp to your needs. So one option is that we can provide you coursesEnglish, ecology, music, art and dances which we had last year atMoravian mission school. Second option is that you said we can go withchildren on school trip around monasteries and so on. With this isclosely connected term of our help. It is important to know when isyours summer holidays. Another thing is how long volunteers will be atyour school, you can suppose one or two weeks (it depends on program).
Nextthing is we suppose we will have some financial gift (same as previousyear), I don´t want promise you something, but it may be. I want knowin advance what will be possibilities to spend it. Another think whatwe can do is bring some used computers (except notebooks), and thiswill be possibility how Information technology classes can start (afterthat we can also provide you course of IT). In future your school canconnect it to La-Ngonpo project, but you must know how difficult isconnect your school to internet. Write your opinion please. Another andthing and maybe not so important is to bring some table games (as weplayed it here in the Czech republic) to your school. Children can playit after school and it is diverting kind how develop their thinking.But this is not so necessary.
Next and last think is that youhave some contacts with Zanskar schools and monasteries which will begrateful for help of volunteers. Also T. Phunchok said me similarinformation. Please write possibilities and your opinion about that. Itwill be new step where we can use our strength
