Tsewang Norboo (31) is the director of Spring Dales Public School Mulbekh. He is married and has one daughter.

Mulbekh is a small village 200 km form the city Leh on the road to Kargil, in the border area between the mostly Buddhist Ladakh and Muslim Kashmir.

Before coming back to his birth place, Norboo got a metallurgical engineering degree from the Punjab University in Chadigarh and worked for a Ladakhi non-profit organisation SECMOL in Leh for two years as a director of a volunteer training centrum.
